K Shred more and more overweight with each passing year. Low fat foods and diets have been popular for more than 15 years this alone should prove that low fat foods don't work. One example of this is sugar. There are ZERO fat calories in sugar but if you were to eat sugar all day you would in essence be eating a fat free diet! Making sense? Using a low calorie diet will help either. In fact using a low calorie diet is one of the worst things you can do.
